Membership Terms and Conditions
Subscription and Payment
By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Membership is available on a monthly or annual payment basis.
You will be charged the applicable membership fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Annual memberships offer a discounted rate compared to monthly payments.
No Long-Term Commitment
Your membership does not require a long-term contract or commitment.
You may cancel your membership at any time by:
Using the "Manage My Subscription" link located within the Circle platform
Contacting our support team
Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled payment date to prevent automatic renewal.
If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the next billing date, the payment may still process, and your membership will continue until the end of that billing period.
Refunds and Prorations
Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use of services during a billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Membership Changes
We reserve the right to modify membership features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Any changes to membership terms will be communicated via email.
Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
